Dear all,

Well, we're now on the schedule to get induced next Wednesday morning, Sept. 4. We'll go in Tuesday night so I can have an overnight treatment which will hopefully bring my body to the point where inducement can work most effectively. No matter the case, though, they will induce by Wednesday--our doctor tells us there are actually two varieties of inducing medication, one of which works well with women who's body is not as prepared for labor. The other is the more typical type, pitocin.

We're praying mostly at this point that my body will respond to the treatments so we can have an effective labor next Wednesday. We'd rather not be faced with more delays or the possibility of a c-section--understandable, I'm sure! We're also still praying for a safe, healthy delivery in time for Kraig to give his oral proposal Thursday afternoon (Though he has been able to think of some possible alternatives, this is still the best for his program).

Thanks again for all your encouragement and prayer! We're holding up because of it!
