The Creform Walker is a durable, lightweight device designed to accommodate a child both comfortably and safely. Wheel locks on all four wheels provide stability while placing a child into or removing a child from the device, and the wide base prevents the device from tipping.
The Creform Walker also features a movable seat and backrest, allowing staff to place a wheelchair-bound child into the device without excessive lifting or discomfort. Other commercially-available walkers require staff to lift the child from his/her wheelchair and maneuver him/her into the narrow seat. The Creform Walker, however, adjusts to the needs of the child, rather than the child having to adjust to the parameters of the device.
NOTE: The "Walk and Talk" Walker is currently patent-pending.
