The Swing Away Walker Tray attaches to the frame of a walker, allowing students who use walkers to transport items. The tray lifts and swings away when it is not needed, making the students’ transition from standing behind their walkers to sitting at a table easy. Two versions of this device are being used. The first version uses fixed plastic fittings that hold the tray at a slight angle, and the other version uses adjustable metal fittings that allow the tray to lay in a flat position.
