Carr Elementary, Lincoln Park, MI (WCRESA)

Similar to the sidelyer frame device created by the Monroe ISD, this device is designed to support a student using a sidelyer to participate in classroom activities.  The frame is elevated, thus allowing students to engage in classroom activity at the same level as their peers.  The elevated frame also allows teachers and attendants to more easily transport and position students without the need to reach and bend to the floor to pick up and position the student.  This version of the sidelyer frame also features an adjustable extension to the frame, to support the overhang of a longer sidelyer.
