Creform Applications--Bee Mobile Chair

Front view of the ladybug chair with wooden tray table attached.                   Rear view of ladybug chair. The attached seat belt is visable.

Wayne County, MI

The Bee Mobile Chair was built to facilitate leg movement while sitting. The device sits on locking casters, encouraging the user to use his/her legs to propel the chair. Similar seating devices are commerically available, but none such devices come with a tray table feature.

The seat and back of the chair are supported by plywood then covered with cushions for added comfort. A safety belt is anchored to the Creform frame to keep the child secure, and the device's wide frame prevents tipping.

Questions regarding the Bee Mobile
Chair may be directed to Connie Quoziente
of Riley School at (313) 928-0144.
