Wheelchair Backpack Frame

The Wheelchair Backpack Frame features a swinging construction:  an individual seated in the wheelchair can easily swing the frame from the back of the wheelchair to the side, so that he/she can access the backpack.  The frame locks in place when positioned at the back of the wheelchair so that it does not swing out while the wheelchair is in motion.  The Wheelchair Backpack Frame supports a twenty pound backpack.
