The Barrier Free Changing Table is designed to work in conjunction with a trixie lift.  Other changing tables do not accommodate trixie lifts because they are too wide and have feet or furniture that interferes with the wheels and base of the trixie lift; thus, one can not get close to the surface of the changing table.
